Teri Millard has extensive experience in product compliance and operations management, currently serving as the Director of Product Compliance Operations at IGT since March 2001. In this role, Teri directs the Product Compliance Operations Team, overseeing product submissions, approvals, and jurisdictional field issues. Previously, Teri held the position of Product Compliance Operations Manager, focusing on compliance reviews and regulatory trials for gaming machines and related products, as well as managing compliance support teams. Prior to IGT, Teri worked as a Help Desk Manager at IGT and Help Desk Supervisor at Park Place Entertainment, where responsibilities included staff management, process improvement, and the implementation of customer support systems. Teri holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Data Processing from the College of Southern Nevada.
