Tim Hicks is a retired IT leader and engineering professional with over twenty years of experience in large-scale projects focused on big data and test automation solutions. Until 2022, Tim served as a Senior Manager at Southern California Edison, leading the development of critical applications for grid modernization. Tim has held pivotal roles in various organizations, including Director of Systems Software Engineering at Interlink Electronics and Manager of Customer Support Engineering at Fulcrum Microsystems. Tim holds a BS in Computer Science from the University of New Brunswick and a Master's in Information Systems Technology from California Lutheran University, and is currently the Director of Software Development at IGT.
