Sara Splendiani

Sara Splendiani has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Sara began their career in 2005, working in the HR department of iGuzzini illuminazione UK Ltd. Sara then joined iGuzzini in 2006, where they gained experience in various HR roles, including HR Development FJ and Recruiting & Training Expert. From 2011 to 2021, they held the position of Recruiting & Training Specialist, before being promoted to International HR Manager in 2021.
