Simone Polenta is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the lighting and construction industries. At iGuzzini since October 2008, Simone serves as a Product Application Trainer Specialist, focusing on content creation and technical training for the internal salesforce. Previously, as a Territory Manager, Simone managed the sales distribution network and identified new business opportunities across Southern Eastern European countries. Earlier roles include Lighting Engineer, where Simone supported sales activities through lighting design proposals, and positions at Saipem as a Warehouse Manager and painting and coating expert, overseeing pipeline construction and preparing technical specifications. Simone began the career as an Assistant to Site Manager at Donegani Anticorrosione, specializing in non-destructive control inspections. Simone holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Università Politecnica delle Marche.
