Lieven Decloedt

Lieven Decloedt has a strong background in operational technology, plant management, and manufacturing. Lieven currently holds the position of Operational Technology Director at IGW, where they have been since 2019. Prior to IGW, they worked at Winsol Group as a Plant Manager from 2015 to 2019. Lieven also has experience as a Manufacturing Manager at LVD Strippit from 2012 to 2015 and as a Production Engineering Manager at LVD from 2010 to 2012. Lieven has previously worked as a Project Manager at Meta-Tec from 2008 to 2010, as a Project Engineer at Produsoft from 2003 to 2008, and as an Assistant Manager at Padec from 2002 to 2003.

Lieven Decloedt completed a Master's in Business Administration at Vlerick Business School from 2007 to 2009. Lieven also obtained a postgraduate degree in languages from Practicum School in 2001-2002. Prior to that, from 1997 to 2001, they earned a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering with a specialization in electromechanics automation from HOGENT. Lieven Decloedt's education journey started at Sint-Lodewijkscollege, where they studied mathematics and sciences from 1991 to 1997.
