James Willcocks

James Willcocks has extensive experience in information technology and management, highlighted by his roles as Chief Information Officer at IHC Group and the New Zealand Electoral Commission, where significant achievements included overseeing the technology for successful general elections during the pandemic. Previously, at Hexagon AB, James managed the delivery of software and infrastructure projects for the New Zealand Police and Fire Service. Earlier in the career, James was Development and Support Manager at PGG Wrightson Ltd, responsible for a large team and infrastructure supporting a substantial user base. In addition to roles at Fonterra Co-operative Group, where strategic ICT services were transitioned during its formation, James holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Wales.
