Bilal Khalid

Bilal Khalid has a diverse and extensive work experience in project and portfolio management. Bilal Khalid, PfMP®, PMP®, M.Sc Eng, MBA, B.Sc Eng is currently the Head of Enterprise Portfolio, Program, and Project Management Office at IHCC, where they oversee strategic trajectory, portfolio and project management, and development management across multiple business units. Bilal Khalid, PfMP®, PMP®, M.Sc Eng, MBA, B.Sc Eng also held the position of Manager in the same department at IHCC.

Prior to working at IHCC, Bilal worked as the Head of Enterprise Portfolio, Program, and Project Management Office at Lifestyle Developers.

Bilal's work experience also includes roles as a Regional Projects Manager at Wateen Telecom, an Executive Engineer at Wateen Telecom, a Resident Engineer at National Engineering Services Pakistan (NESPAK), and an Engineer at Technical Associate Pakistan Pvt Ltd.

Bilal Khalid has a diverse education history. Bilal Khalid, PfMP®, PMP®, M.Sc Eng, MBA, B.Sc Eng started by earning a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore in 2002. In 2018, they returned to the same university to pursue a Master of Engineering in Building Engineering, which they completed in 2022. In 2023, Bilal enrolled in the University of the People and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration in 2024.

Bilal also holds several additional certifications. In 2016, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. In 2023, they achieved the Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP) certification from the same institute. Bilal has also pursued various training programs and courses related to project management, risk management, negotiations, and systems thinking.
