Ghadeer Akkad began their work experience in 2008 as a Personnel Officer at SGH-Jeddah until 2011. In 2013, they joined IHCC as an HR Manager and later became the Head of HCM - Local Content Champion in 2016. In 2015, Ghadeer joined GREENER by IHCC as the Head of Human Resources.
Ghadeer Akkad has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from King Abdul Aziz University, which they obtained from 2002 to 2006. Ghadeer also completed a Diploma in Computer Science from Al Mashael Institute in 2006. In 2011 to 2013, Ghadeer completed The Globe pre-MBA Program with a specialization in Accounting and Finance at Drexel University. Ghadeer then pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management from King AbdulAziz University from 2016 to 2019. Currently, from 2021 to 2023, they are engaged in acquiring CIPD Qualifications with a focus on Human Resources Development through CIPD 7.
