There are moments in life when you look around you, see your team in-sync, collaborating, driving towards a common goal; when the enterprise, the machine is humming, when the rigging is taut and the wind is in the sails; when the knowledge, the data, the plan come together beautifully.

It takes hard work, passion and dedication. But it’s worth it because these are the moments when big things happen. When goals are achieved. When a vision becomes reality.

Martin Blake, founder of iHelm, has been fortunate enough to experience many such moments in his 30+ years’ professional services advisory experience in complex local, regional and global operating environments.

Drawing on Martin’s varied professional and life experiences, iHelm brings together talented individuals within his trusted network to connect people, develop impactful strategies and provide support to not-for-profit enterprises.

iHelm works with passion and dedication to give back to the community and create a better Australia for the next generation. The organisation prizes stepping away from instinct and spending time on the bridge looking out at the horizon to spot emerging trends, new attitudes and new latitudes. It values high-quality connections for their inspiration, vitality and energy.

At the heart of iHelm are the following core values:
– Passion and dedication – we believe it is important to give back to the community
– Future focused – spending time on the bridge looking out at the next horizon to spot emerging trends
– High-quality connections – we believe in connecting HQCs which create vitality, energy and mutual value.

We believe that value can be created, and have greater impact, when outside knowledge, intellectual property and research are integrated into its innovations and propositions. iHelm brings together beautiful minds with bold ambition to shape the future of Australia so that we can create a better world for the next generation.
