Prior roles at Hyatt Hotels Corporation encompassed Director of Labor Relations and Director of Employee Relations and Communications, focusing on labor management strategies and enhancing employee satisfaction. Bruce began a career in human resources at Hyatt Regency, directing functions in various hotel settings.
