Carson Harris is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer service management and surgical technology. Currently serving as the Customer Care Team Manager at InterContinental Hotels Group since February 2016, Carson leads a team of 15 Case Managers, enhancing departmental retention through improved hiring and onboarding processes, and fostering a high-performance culture.
