Mark Hanlon has extensive experience in the hotel industry, starting as a Chief Engineer at Forum Hotels before moving up to higher roles within InterContinental Hotels Group. Mark has held positions such as Area Director of Engineering Southern Europe, Director of Engineering UK&I, Director of Engineering Europe, Vice President Engineering EMEA, and currently serves as Head of Engineering Europe. Mark is responsible for leading teams of engineers in the development, construction, operation, and maintenance of IHG branded hotels across Europe. Mark has a background in engineering and has been in the industry since the early 1980s.
