Matt Malament is an experienced operations and analytics leader with a diverse background in various industries. Currently the Head of Operations Strategy, Projects & Analytics at IHG Hotels & Resorts, Matt has held several key roles, including Director of Global Analytics, and has played a pivotal role in launching the voco brand across the Americas. Previous experience includes serving as Director of Budget, Performance and Innovation for the City of Atlanta, where Matt developed a $2B annual operating budget, and as Manager of Commercial Execution at Coca-Cola Refreshments, where strategic execution initiatives were implemented across multiple selling channels. Matt's earlier career involved consulting for clients at Revolution and managing IT infrastructure at CGI-AMS. Matt earned a BS in Marketing and Management from the University of Virginia.
