Matthew Sandoz

Matthew Sandoz is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in the hotel and hospitality industry, currently serving as the Director of Software Engineering at IHG Hotels & Resorts since January 2006. In this role, Matthew oversees teams focused on IT strategic planning, application quality, and cross-departmental collaboration. Prior positions include Delivery Manager, where Matthew implemented IHG's first real-time CRM capability, and Development Team Lead, where efforts led to innovative customer intelligence solutions. Matthew has also held a Senior Software Engineer position, developing key systems for customer search and reservations, and a Software Engineer role at kudzu.com, where new features for the search site were integrated. Prior to IHG, Matthew was VP of Images Services at Bank of America, delivering enhanced image retrieval capabilities.
