Michelle Ortiz

Michelle Ortiz is an experienced finance professional with a robust background in auditing, accounting, and financial management. Currently serving as a Senior Auditor Franchise at InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG®) since May 2019, Michelle conducts hotel revenue compliance audits and communicates findings to key stakeholders. Prior experience includes roles as an Accountant at Ferrari of Atlanta, where responsibilities included accounts payable and payroll, and multiple positions at IHG® spanning over a decade, including Senior Franchise Auditor and Analyst in Financial Planning & Analysis. Earlier in the career, Michelle held the position of Controller at LDG Financial Services, managing payables and human resources, and gained experience as a Construction Coordinator at DR Horton and Sub-treasurer at Puerto Rico Aqueduct and Sewer Authority. Michelle holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Inter-American University of Puerto Rico and a Bachelor's in Business Administration from Universidad del Sagrado Corazon.
