Terry O'Connor serves as the Head of AI & Innovation at IHG Hotels & Resorts since April 2016, focusing on leveraging Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Automation to establish a competitive digital leadership position for the company. O'Connor has held various leadership roles, including Head of Technology Innovation and Head of Technology Procurement & Supplier Management. Prior experience includes positions at The Coca-Cola Company, ING, Randstad, Accenture LLP, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and the United States Peace Corps, demonstrating expertise in project management, technology strategy, and business transformation. O'Connor holds a Bachelor of Science degree with double majors in Finance and Multinational Business Operations from Florida State University.
