Michael Sinclair

Michael Sinclair possesses extensive experience in business development and sales within the turbocharger and related industries. Currently serving as General Manager of Business Development at IHI Corporation since October 2017, Michael excels in identifying profitable new business opportunities that have led to significant sales growth and enhanced profit margins. Prior to this role, Michael was Manager of Sales & Marketing at IHI Turbo America from September 1988 to October 2017, where the focus was on developing new revenue streams through innovative product lines and services. Earlier in the career, Michael worked as a Technical Sales Engineer at Holset Turbochargers, now part of Cummins Turbo Technologies, where responsibilities included engine performance development and customer support. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University, with specialization in fluid dynamics, heat transfer, and related subjects.
