Janet Mathie

Janet Mathie has held several positions in the past decade. In 2008, they were an Administrative Assistant at Johnson Controls, Inc., where they handled incoming calls, completed online training with the company, documented and logged work orders, maintained office environment and supplies, provided enterprise wide administrative support, maintained burn permit process, and maintained SWO permit process. In 2009, they were a Temp Employee for Encore Marketing, taking incoming calls for many different companies. In 2010, they were hired as a permanent Customer Service Representative for iHire, LLC, taking calls regarding registration with iHire, assisting with applications to positions on the site, assisting Candidates with uploading resumes to Candidate's Profile, tracking cancellations, reasons, attempting Retention of Candidates, and maintaining polite and courteous treatment of all callers.

Janet Mathie attended Wicomico High School from 1975 to 1978 and Wicomico Vocational Technical School from 1976 to 1978, where they obtained a Business/Certificate in Clerical/Business/Admin. Janet then attended the United States Marine Corps Service Record Book School from 1979 to 1980, where they were promoted, and the United States Air Force Chapel Management Training from 1980 to 1981, where they earned a Certif/Promotion in Chapel Management of all Faiths.
