Monica Gori

Monica Gori has extensive experience in research and academia, serving as Team Leader at IIT - Istituto Italiano di Tecnologia from October 2012 to October 2015, where responsibilities included conducting research, mentoring students, teaching, and project writing. Following this role, Monica Gori advanced through academic ranks at the same institution, taking on Tenure Track and subsequently achieving Tenured status from November 2015 to 2020. Additionally, two PhD students were supervised during this time. Prior to IIT, Monica Gori worked at Consiglio Nazionale delle Ricerche in CNR-Pisa from July 2004 to September 2005, focused on data collection and research activities. Currently, since September 2025, Monica Gori holds the position of Senior Research Scientist at IHMC. Educational credentials include studies at the University of California, Berkeley in 2008.
