The Governance Team at IHMC is responsible for overseeing the institute's strategic direction and ensuring compliance with organizational standards and regulations. Led by the Chair, along with the Vice Chair and the Director & CEO, the team facilitates effective decision-making, fosters collaborative relationships among stakeholders, and ensures that the institute's research aligns with its mission to enhance understanding of cognition in humans and machines.
