Brian Rodriguez has extensive experience in the restaurant industry, holding various management positions at IHOP and McDonald's Corporation. Brian started their career in 1986 as a General Manager at IHOP, where they later became an Assistant GM. In 2020, they founded the Rodriguez Restaurant Group, where they are currently working on launching new restaurant concepts. In 2021, they joined IHOP as an Area Director of Operations, overseeing 11 stores and focusing on training and mentorship.
Brian Rodriguez obtained an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Colorado Boulder in 1988-1990. Brian then pursued a degree in Civil Engineering from Penn Foster in 2000-2001. Additionally, they obtained a ServSafe Manager certification from the National Restaurant Association in 1990.
