Jason Hames

Jason Hames has a wealth of experience in the food and beverage industry, with a strong focus on operations and franchise consulting. Jason began their career at Starbucks in 1997, holding various management positions before transitioning to IHOP in 2012. At IHOP, Jason served as a Franchise Business Consultant before moving up to Regional Operations Director and eventually Executive Regional Business Director. Their roles have involved strategic planning, business consulting, and team leadership, demonstrating their ability to drive sales and profitability in a competitive market.

Jason Hames obtained their Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Geography from California State University, Fullerton in 2002. Jason furthered their education by earning a Master of Arts in Public Administration from the same institution in 2016.
