Yogesh Arote is a results-driven hospitality leader with over 15 years of experience in food and beverage operations, guest experience, and team leadership. They currently serve as the Assistant General Manager at IHOP, where they continue to enhance operational efficiency and guest satisfaction. Previously, Yogesh held various roles including Restaurant Manager at Oodle Noodle, where they directed daily operations and improved cost control, and Guest Service Associate at JW Marriott Pune.
