Robert E. Faulkens is currently the Assistant Commissioner at the Indiana High School Athletic Association (IHSAA), where they oversee the administration of state tournaments in football, wrestling, and track and field. Previously, they served as the Principal at Crispus Attucks Medical Magnet High School from 2005 to 2010, where they developed a Magnet School program that exceeded state graduation rates.
