Terry Roach

Terry Roach is the Founder and CEO of Capsifi, a software company focused on intelligent business model innovation. They also serve as Founder and Chief Innovation Officer at Capsifi (since 2023). They are the Founder of CAPSICUM Business Architects and the author of The CAPSICUM Framework for Strategically Aligned Business Architecture. They serve on the IIBA Board of Directors (since 2020) and hold academic and advisory roles, including Adjunct Lecturer at the University of New South Wales (since 2016) and Professional Advisory Board Member for the University of Technology Sydney (since 2019). They earned a PhD from the University of New South Wales (2006–2011) and hold a Bachelor of Science from Rhodes University.
