Vicky Lindo

Vicky Lindo is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the HR Director for the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) since September 2018, Vicky oversees all HR functions and aligns initiatives with the organization's strategic plans. Prior to this, Vicky was the HR Lead for FLIR Systems in Canada, where responsibilities included partnering with leadership to enhance People functions. Vicky also worked as an External HR Consultant at Caliper, managing key accounts and providing consulting support. At the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation, Vicky held multiple HR roles, including HR Manager for Programs & Processes and Manager of HR Services. Vicky began the career as an Employee Services Specialist at Lenbrook. Vicky holds a Bachelor of Arts in Commerce and certificates in Human Resource Management and Adult Learning & Development from the University of Toronto.
