At IIC Gives, we empower individuals, companies, and nonprofits to make a lasting social impact through real estate transactions—at no cost to them. IIC is a nonprofit social enterprise that transforms the everyday act of buying or selling real estate into a powerful opportunity for client-directed philanthropy.

HOW IIC WORKS:
By partnering with real estate brokers, IIC redirects a portion of the commission to support a charity, school, or cause of the client’s choice. This means that whether you’re a home buyer, seller, or corporate tenant, a typical real estate transaction can generate significant funding for the nonprofit sector—without adding to your costs.

KEY BENEFITS:

Support Your Favorite Charity: With every real estate transaction, IIC enables individuals and companies to support the causes they care about, making it an easy and free way to give back.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR): Companies can use IIC to integrate philanthropy into their real estate decisions, supporting charitable causes while fulfilling corporate social responsibility goals.

Nationwide Network: Our platform works with any licensed real estate agent across the U.S., making charitable giving a seamless part of your real estate experience.

OUR IMPACT:
Since our founding, IIC has distributed over $700,000 to more than 100 charities nationwide, transforming the way real estate can serve communities. Whether you're moving into a new home, selling commercial property, or leasing office space, IIC ensures your transaction supports the nonprofit community and delivers meaningful social impact.

By leveraging the existing real estate brokerage industry dynamics, IIC creates sustainable funding for the causes that matter most, turning the simple act of a real estate referral into a catalyst for change.
