Evas Atuhereza

Evas Atuhereza is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a People Services Advisor at the International Institute for Environment and Development (IIED) since May 2022, Evas previously held positions such as People & Payroll Officer at IIED, Human Resources Assistant at Early Years Alliance, and Training and Development Officer at I & M Bank in Rwanda. Evas has demonstrated expertise in performance management, training needs analysis, recruitment processes, and client relationship management, notably as a Client Associate Partner at NFT Consult and a Care Coordinator at Allied Healthcare. Evas's educational background includes a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Westminster and a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Greenwich, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Makerere University.
