Vic Beaumont

Vic Beaumont is an accomplished author, managing director, and global chief people officer on a mission to transform how businesses manage their most valuable asset—people. With a foundation in Music and Psychology, Vic began their HR journey as an apprentice at Siemens, progressing through key roles including HR Director at the Information Commissioner's Office and Chief People Officer at the Gambling Commission. Currently, as the managing director of Insightful Group, they lead initiatives that integrate AI with human-centric HR strategies, enabling organizations to enhance talent management and employee retention. Vic also serves as a co-opted board member for the International Institute for Environment and Development, providing expert advice on people and remuneration matters.
