Dawn Lee

Dawn Lee currently serves as a Member of the Board of Trustees for Northwest Insurance Council and as a Member at Chief since April 2022. Since July 2017, Dawn holds the position of Chief Product & Underwriting Officer at PEMCO, advancing through roles such as Director and Senior Product Manager. Additionally, Dawn has been a Board Member for the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety / Highway Loss Data Institute since September 2018. Prior experience includes Vice President and Director of State Operations at Liberty Mutual Insurance, overseeing $680M in personal lines written premium, and a tenure at Safeco Insurance that encompassed various roles such as Senior Product Manager and Pricing Analyst. Dawn holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Howard University.
