The III-A is a self-funded pool of Idaho public agencies offering Medical, Dental, Vision and Mental Health benefits.  We currently have 117 agencies across the state of Idaho.

In 2011, Idaho cities formed the III-A Trust to combat the excessive annual rate increases delivered by the insurance industry. We have a proven reputation for providing enhanced, progressive benefits for Idaho public employees.  Our staff is committed to our members and are accessible 24/7 to address any circumstance that may arise. The partnership among our Idaho Public Agencies ensures reliable and stable funding rates.
