Sushil Kumar is a Professor at the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, where various leadership roles have been held since April 2005, including Chairman of Alumni Affairs, the Postgraduate Programme in Sustainable Management, and the Centre for Business Sustainability. Sushil has also served as Dean of Academic Affairs and chaired multiple programs related to management and corporate communication. Prior to IIM Lucknow, Sushil was Dean of the School of Management at Gautam Buddha University and an SSHRC Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Toronto. Sushil's career began with the Government of India as an Indian Forest Service officer from January 1988 to September 2004. Sushil earned a Ph.D. in Organizational Resistance from the University of Toronto between 1999 and 2005.
