Jeff Fortner

Jeff Fortner has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jeff began their career at Meijer in 1996 as a Grocery Lines Leader. Jeff then moved on to work at Dick's Sporting Goods as a Store Manager from 2004 to 2010. Following that, they joined buybuy BABY as an Operations Manager for a year before transitioning to Bed Bath & Beyond as a District HR Manager. At Bed Bath & Beyond, they were responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and screening future store managers, as well as assisting in employee relations and resolving workplace issues. In 2016, Jeff joined Gordmans as an HR Manager and later became the Clinical and HR Director at Indiana Internal Medicine Consultants in 2017. Overall, Jeff Fortner has gained extensive experience in human resources and management roles throughout their career.

Jeff Fortner has an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice from IUPUI, which they obtained between 1995 and 1999. Jeff also holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Ashford University, which they completed between 2010 and 2011. In addition to their formal education, Jeff has obtained certifications in Strategic Human Resources from LinkedIn and White Belt - Six Sigma from Ivy Tech Community College of Indiana in October 2016.
