Mike Sinclair

Mike Sinclair is the owner of STS Consulting Services and has extensive experience in operations and engineering management across various companies in the energy sector. They served as Regional Operations Manager at Koch Materials Company from 1997 to 1999, overseeing multiple asphalt facilities. From 2002 to 2007, they were the VP of Operations at Applied Consultants, Inc., significantly growing the business during their tenure. Currently, as a Strategic Advisor since 2022, they assist business owners in capturing the Employee Retention Tax Credit, having helped over 75 clients secure refunds totaling more than $32 million. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University, earned in 1982.
