Mini Kouamé, CQF, is a quantitative investment professional and visionary leader with over a decade of experience bridging U.S., European, and African capital markets. As the Founder and Managing Partner of Transat Management Company, LLC, they are pioneering a transformative approach to investment that aligns profit-driven strategies with sustainable development goals. Mini has held roles that include Investment Officer at Massachusetts Pension Reserves Investment Management and Financial Audit at Ernst & Young, and has contributed to educational initiatives as a Teaching Assistant at MIT Sloan School of Management.
