Jong Shin has extensive experience in the tech industry, beginning with their role as an Assistant Instructor at Dale Carnegie Training in 2003. In 2009, they joined Sony Mobile Communications as Director of US Business and Product Strategy, where they were responsible for formulating strategies to take Sony Mobile Communications to #1 in the US Android Smartphone market. In 2012, they moved to Intel Corporation as Director of Customer Marketing, where they were responsible for creating customer product plans, product roadmaps, product strategies, and business strategies. In 2015, they joined LG Electronics as Vice President of Product Management and Innovations, where they were responsible for creating disruptive innovations, brand new markets, and business opportunities. In 2016, they founded HOPii, Inc., where they were responsible for running the company, shareholder management, P&L, organizational leadership, vision and execution, product planning and experience creation, product management, product strategy, corporate strategic planning and decision making, partnership and vendor management, marketing, go-to-market, and business development. In 2018, they founded iiRcade, Inc., where they held the role of Founder, President, and CEO.

Jong Shin - RAISING SERIES-A has an educational background that consists of a Bachelor's degree from Purdue University in Computer Engineering and Electrical Engineering (1991-1996), a Master's degree from National Technological University in Software Engineering (1997-2004), an MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management in Marketing, Business Strategy, Entrepreneurship, and Technology Management (2006-2009), a Dale Carnegie Institute Certification in Dale Carnegie Leadership Training (2003), and Leadership Training from the Motorola Leadership Academy (2007-2008). Jong also attended Tenafly High School from 1987-1991.
