Allan Yang

Allan Yang is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as an Independent Board Member at International Integrated Systems, Inc. and AVerMedia Technologies Inc. since June 2023, Allan previously held the position of Chief Technology Officer at Advantech from February 2014 to March 2023, where responsibilities included spearheading the development of the WISE-PaaS industrial AIoT hybrid cloud platform. Allan's prior roles include President and Board Member at AVerMedia Technologies, where significant contributions led to the company becoming a top PC TV tuner brand globally, and various positions in technology and finance at institutions such as JihSun Securities and Tiger Management. Allan Yang holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Yale University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from National Taiwan University.
