Deepak Heda

Deepak Heda is a champion delivery leader at Sysco Corporation, currently serving as the Director of Personalization. With a strong background in leading transformative AI/ML solutions for Fortune 100 clients, they have significantly contributed over $100MM annually to these organizations. Deepak’s past experience includes positions at companies such as OperaSolutions and World Wide Technology, where they honed their skills in managing high-performing teams and developing impactful solutions. They also served as a Visiting Researcher at the University of South Australia, where they created a content management tool for the Government of South Australia. Deepak holds a BTech and MTech in Material Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and participated in an exchange program at the National University of Singapore.
