Amit Arora

Amit Arora is a distinguished academic with extensive experience in the field of process engineering. Currently, Amit serves as a Professor at the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, a position held since January 2013, after progressing from Assistant Professor to Associate Professor. Previous experience includes an Assistant Professor role at the University of Wisconsin from August 2010 to December 2012 and a Research Engineer position at WIST in early 2010. Amit's research expertise encompasses bioenergy, biofuels production, downstream processing, and chemical process engineering, among other areas. Amit completed a PhD in Bioprocess Engineering at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and holds a Master's degree in Process Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
