Kunal Sharma

Kunal Sharma is a doctoral researcher at the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, focusing on the analysis and optimization of particle grinding in a spiral air jet mill since January 2021. Prior to this role, Kunal served as a Manager at Reliance Industries Limited from July 2018 to January 2021, where responsibilities included commissioning engineering for a debottlenecking project in the LLDPE plant and real-time monitoring and resource management in the LDPE plant. Kunal began the career as a Graduate Engineering Trainee at Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited, conducting a project on improving LPG filling operations in June 2017. A research internship at Purti Alternative Fuels Private Limited involved synthesizing bio-stimulant hydrolyzed protein amino acids. Kunal earned a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Laxminarayan Innovation Technological University and is pursuing a PhD in Computational Fluid Dynamics at the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, expected to complete in January 2025.
