Satish Kumar

Satish Kumar is a Visiting Researcher at the University of Cambridge since August 2024, supported by the Commonwealth Split-site Scholarship. Satish has been a Researcher and Doctoral Student at the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay since July 2017, with a focus on Public Policy, particularly in Agriculture and Nutrition. Satish previously held a position as a Junior Research Fellow during the M. Phil program. Additionally, Satish participated in the Fulbright-Nehru Doctoral Fellowship at Cornell University College of Agriculture and Life Sciences from September 2023 to June 2024 and was a visiting PhD candidate at the University of Cambridge from February 2023 to July 2023. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and a Master of Philosophy in Planning and Development from the same institution. Other educational accomplishments consist of a Post Graduation in Geography from Jawaharlal Nehru University and a Bachelor's degree in Geography from Kirori Mal College, University of Delhi.
