Berry Gerritsen

Berry Gerritsen is currently the Sectormanager Onderwijs & Kinderopvang at IJK, responsible for overseeing the Education unit and implementing HRM policies specific to the education sector. From 2018 to 2022, they served as the Teammanager Outsourcing Onderwijs at IJK, where they managed a team of 25 employees and handled client relationships. Prior to that, Berry held various leadership positions including Teamleider Personele Zaken at OSGMetrium from 1998 to 2015, where they gained extensive experience in HRM and education legislation. They also worked as a Manager Personeels- en Salarisadministratie at Helder Onderwijs in 2015-2016 and in various administrative roles earlier in their career.
