Maud Geerdink

Maud Geerdink currently holds the position of Functioneel beheer at IJK, starting in November 2025. Prior experience includes serving as an HR Business Partner and HR Officer at The Schippers Group from May 2022 to December 2025, and working as a Medewerker at Zwemland from May 2020 to February 2022. Maud also completed an Afstudeerstage focused on research into vital remote working at Gemeente Waalre from November 2020 to July 2021, and had an internship at Start People in early 2020. Previous roles include working as a Serveerster at Bij de Neut from January 2017 to May 2020. Maud holds a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Psychology from Fontys University of Applied Sciences (2017-2021), a Minor in Human and Law from Fontys Hogeschool Tilburg (2019-2020), and is currently pursuing a certificate in Document Security at Flextrain.
