Beginning a career at EnBW in 1994, Birgit played a pivotal role as Stellvertretende Geschäftsführerin with Prokura for Alba Nordbaden, focusing on sales and marketing. Following a tenure at ALBA Group, where Birgit served in various capacities including Vertriebskoordination and Geschäftsführerin for ALBA Stuttgart, Birgit transitioned to REISSWOLF International as Geschäftsführerin and later contributed as a Partner at SELECTEAM Deutschland GmbH.
