Our clients stay an average of 3.5+ years. In and industry with an average client retention of 3 months, That is not a sales number. That is a trust number.

The work centers on three things: helping clients bring in the right customers, building the systems that hold the operation together, and developing the people and culture that make growth sustainable. I get close to how a business actually runs, diagnose what is holding it back, and stay involved until the results are real.
