Andrew Do has a diverse range of work experience. Andrew began their career at Geek Squad as a Counter Intelligence Agent, where they provided technical advice and hardware repair services to customers. In 2012, Andrew joined Microsoft as a Product Advisor, a role they held until 2017. During their time at Microsoft, they gained expertise in product knowledge and customer service. From 2017 to 2020, Andrew worked at Neudesic as an Associate Consultant and later as a Consultant II, where they further developed their consulting skills. Currently, they are employed as a Software Engineer at Ikaun, a position they have held since August 2020.
Andrew Do obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from California State University, Fullerton, where they studied from 2012 to 2016. In addition to their degree, they obtained certifications in Microsoft Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft in July 2019, and as an Associate Cloud Engineer from Google in July 2018.
