Abigail Rowan

Abigail Rowan is a seasoned public affairs and communications specialist with extensive experience in energy, sustainability, digital, travel, and transport sectors. Currently serving as the EU PA Acting Manager and Public Affairs Leader at Ingka Group | IKEA since July 2023, Abigail previously held the position of Associate Director at Rud Pedersen Public Affairs, co-leading the Energy and Climate cluster. Abigail's career also includes roles at Fipra, where responsibilities ranged from Account Manager to Account Director, providing strategic advice in tech and travel policy. As Vice Chair at British United Football Club, leadership was demonstrated in managing one of the largest amateur football clubs in Belgium. At Knauf Insulation, Abigail managed corporate sustainability initiatives and spearheaded the company's Sustainability Report. Academic qualifications include an LLB Law with French Law from the University of Surrey and studies at Université Jean Moulin in France.
