Abner Moreno

Experience Quality Specialist

Abner Moreno has a diverse professional background with significant experience in logistics and quality management roles. From September 2006 to April 2010, Abner worked in logistics at Grupo Imant. Abner then joined Teleperformance, where from May 2014 to December 2017, roles included Customer Service Representative, Quality Analyst, Training Specialist, and Quality Assurance Manager. Currently, Abner serves as an Experience Quality Specialist at IKEA since January 2023. In terms of education, Abner holds a Master’s degree in General Management from ESERP Business School, a Licenciatura in Business Administration from Universidad Iberoamericana, and completed a postgraduate program in Sports Management at Universidade Lusófona de Humanidades e Tecnologias.
