Aleksei Lutsenko

Aleksei Lutsenko has extensive experience in information security and IT management, having held various positions across multiple organizations. Lutsenko began working at the State Service as a PM and IT Security Officer from August 2009 to July 2014. Following this role, Lutsenko served as IT Security Manager at Beeline Russia from August 2014 to May 2016, and then took up a position as IT Security Manager and later Head of IT Security at ACRA Rating Agency from May 2016 to June 2018. Subsequently, Lutsenko was the Head of IT Security Department at BIOCAD from June 2018 to March 2020, before becoming the Head of Information Security & Data Privacy Department (CISO) at IKEA from April 2020 to November 2022. Currently, Lutsenko is the Information Security & Data Privacy Leader at IKEA within the Inter IKEA group. Lutsenko holds a Master's Degree in World Economy and Foreign Economic Activity from the Russian Foreign Trade Academy, completed between 2012 and 2014, and an Engineer's Degree in Computing Machinery, Complexes, Systems and Nets from the Academy of Federal Security Service of Russia, earned from 2004 to 2009.
