Anny Ranvik

Anny Ranvik is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in People and Culture management. Currently serving as the Country Centres of Expertise Manager at IKEA since October 2016, Anny leads a team of 14 managers and specialists in various focus areas. Anny's previous roles at IKEA included Co-worker Experience Manager and Recruitment Delivery Manager, overseeing recruitment processes across multiple locations. Prior experience includes serving as an HR Business Partner at Coor and HR Responsible at FUS AS, along with several HR roles at IKEA Furuset and ISCO Group. Anny holds a Bachelor's degree in Personal Leadership and Competence Development from the University of South-Eastern Norway, in addition to qualifications from BI Norwegian Business School and the University of Oslo.
